Call A Bike

This is the German Call A Bike outside the Berlin Ostbahnhof train station. These bikes can be left anywhere and you use your cellphone to pay and get the code for the electronic locks. They are available in several major German cities and there is a proposal for the system to be introduced to Arlington, Virginia.
